Denver Metro Commercial Association of Realtors

DMCAR is the oldest and largest commercial real estate trade association in the United States.

Consisting of more than 1,500 commercial real estate professionals, DMCAR provides timely industry information, effective political advocacy, and the professional designations needed to provide the best possible service to our clients.

ULI

ULI is the oldest and largest network of cross-disciplinary real estate and land use experts in the world. With over 1,400 members, ULI Colorado is one of ULI’s largest District Councils. ULI Colorado engages its members to help them build their careers and participate in their community. In the past year alone, 12 ULI committees have attracted 250 volunteers and developed programs attended by thousands. Our Young Leaders Group (YLG) is over 250 strong with monthly educational and social programs.

Commercial Real Estate Development Association

Since 1967, NAIOP, the Commercial Real Estate Development Association, has become the leading organization for developers, owners and investors of office, industrial, retail and mixed-use real estate. NAIOP comprises 18,000+ members and provides strong advocacy, education and business opportunities through a powerful North American network.

Cornet Global – The Global Association for Corporate Real Estate

Corporate real estate (CRE) is the real property used by a company for its own operational purposes. It provides corporations with a productive environment to house employees, manufacture and distribute products and provide services to the market. Corporate real estate touches all classes of property, land, and buildings such as office facilities, data centers, manufacturing facilities, logistic centers, corporate headquarters, distribution facilities, retail stores, and hotels.

University of Denver

Founded in 1864—just a few years after the city of Denver itself was founded—the University of Denver is one of the country’s premier private universities.

The University’s 125-acre campus, a few miles south of downtown Denver, is home to more than 11,500 students hailing from all regions of the United States and 83 other countries.

Community Involvement

Colorado Business Committee for the Arts

Colorado Business Committee for the Arts (CBCA) works to advance Colorado’s creative economy by connecting business and the arts. We achieve this through advocacy, research, training, volunteerism and arts engagement.

Children’s Museum

Creates extraordinary experiences that champion the wonder and joy of childhood. The Museum exists to support children and the adults who love and teach them, to make sense of the world, to integrate new information with prior knowledge and organize it into meaningful understandings.

Global Down Syndrome Foundation

The Global Down Syndrome Foundation is a public non-profit 501(c)(3) dedicated to significantly improving the lives of people with Down syndrome through Research, Medical Care, Education and Advocacy. Formally established in 2009, Global’s primary focus is to support the Linda Crnic Institute for Down Syndrome, the first academic home in the United States committed solely to research and medical care for people with Down syndrome.

Harvest Bible Chapel

Harvest Bible Chapel is a church whose foundation is Jesus Christ and whose authority is the Bible. Their passion is to glorify God by making disciples who Worship Christ, Walk with Christ, and Work for Christ in every area of life.

Jack Kemp Foundation

The Jack Kemp Foundation is a charitable organization committed to advancing the universal values of the American Idea of growth, freedom, democracy and hope. Each program is intended to foster the spirit of leadership that Jack Kemp demonstrated, expand the impact of powerful ideas on public policy, and prepare a new generation of leaders who can translate principled ideas into action.

National Jewish Health

National Jewish Health is the only facility in the world dedicated exclusively to groundbreaking medical research and treatment of patients with respiratory, cardiac, immune and related disorders.

United Way

United Way is engaged in nearly 1,800 communities across more than 40 countries and territories worldwide. They are focused on creating community-based and community-led solutions that strengthen the cornerstones for a good quality of life: education, financial stability and health.

University of Colorado Boulder

The University of Colorado Boulder is a public research university located in Boulder, Colorado, United States. In 2015, the university consisted of nine colleges and schools and offered over 150 academic programs and enrolled almost 33,000 students.

Denver Street School

The Denver Street School offers struggling students a second chance to earn a high school diploma through a fully accredited program in a small classroom setting. The Denver Street School believes that a quality education is the most effective approach to transforming many underprivileged members of our society into productive citizens, and serves the population of students in Metro Denver that have struggled with, dropped-out or been expelled from the public school system, helping them toward self-sufficiency through education.
