Jared Kelleher provides a full cache of services to clients on a local and national basis including strategic real estate planning, market research, financial analysis/ modeling, and lease/sale negotiations.  Jared joined Ruschmeyer Corporation in 2020 with a background primarily focused in the real estate and construction industries. Prior to joining the Ruschmeyer Corp, Jared started his commercial real estate career at Omni Development Corporation. At Omni, he was a part of the landlord representation team and focused on promoting current leasing and marketing strategies. He successfully leased over 15,000 square feet in his first six months, during the peak of the pandemic. Jared was also a member of the property management team and gained extensive insight on the ownership and management processes of commercial real estate, as well as coordinated numerous tenant finish jobs and other outside projects. Jared brings value to Ruschmeyer Corp as he developed a unique perspective on how landlords view commercial transactions and he utilizes this knowledge to strategically negotiate transactions on behalf of tenants and business leaders.

Before his time at Omni, Jared worked alongside a well-established general contractor and real estate agent for more than five years where he gained knowledge in all aspects of real estate and construction. Born in Littleton, Colorado, he has a strong understanding of the surrounding markets and hopes to build and invest within the local communities he was raised.

Jared graduated from the University of Alabama in 2019, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Economics. As a Colorado native, Jared enjoys the wide variety of activities the outdoors has to offer, especially skiing, biking, and camping.
