I have know Phil for close to a decade. He has worked on and off for Global Pacific for over three decades. His most recent assignment was leasing a repurposed mall that we acquired in 2014. To ensure he was available for almost every showing and meeting, he moved his corporate office on site. Phil was present for most every showing and meeting, and often times, met clients after normal work hours and or on the weekends implementing his “do whatever it takes” attitude to get the job done.
