TIAA-CREF SIGNS DATA LEASE

New York-based TIAA-CREF announced it’s leased 93,000 square feet of office space at the Broomfield Corporate Center, 11525 Main St. The company will retain 280,000 square feet of office space that is leased at 1670 Broadway downtown. The new offices will house primarily the TIAA-CREF Information Technology Center, according to spokeswoman Jennifer Compton.
The expanded operations, she said, “continues our commitment to the Denver area and we are very pleased to expand our services to clients in our new Broomfield location.”
Phil Ruschmeyer in Denver handled the deal.
